Healthy Eating and a Dose of Exercise

I am definitely a creature of habit. My breakfast choice of the week: an Herbalife Cafe Mocha shake with a scoop of protein and dried apricots. Of course I had to end the day with a glass of vino! We all deserve a little splurge at the end of the day. 

Not only did I make healthy food choices but I pushed out a 3.5 mile run and a TurboKick class!
