Blue Cheese Burger

Ingredients:

-Lean Ground Beef

-Blue Cheese

-Whole Grain Sandwich Thins

-Romaine Lettuce Leaves

Instructions: 

Mix together 4 ounces of beef and 2 tablespoon of cheese; form into a patty. Cook on a grill or grill pan 4 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160º. Serve on a toasted sandwich thin with lettuce.
