A refreshing infusion that is both hydrating and healthy!
– Add a few sprigs of mint to taste to a two quart jar or pitcher and muddle gently
– Add one lemon, sliced, and press gently to release juices
– Add a slice of fresh ginger (2 oz)
– Fill jar/pitcher with ice cubes, add water to the top, stir, cover, refrigerate overnight, then enjoy for up to three days
