Blueberry Smoothie

Directions and Ingredients:

In a blender, process 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup kale, 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt, 1/2 large frozen banana, and 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk on high until smooth, 1 minute.

*For an extra boost of protein, add 1 scoop of protein powder.

Tip of the Day

Eat your greens! Popeye had it right; use spinach in a salad or to top off a sandwich. Try its cousins, kale and collards, in soups and side dishes.
