Mango-Oat Smoothie

In a blender, puree 1 cup water. one 6-ounce container 2 percent plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks, 1/2 cup fresh or frozen sliced strawberries, 1/2 cup chopped kale leaves and /3 cup rolled oats until smooth.
