Spring Green Tonic

Make a refreshing cleansing juice with celery, lemon, romaine lettuce, and watercress or another spring green. Add a green apple or a pear for sweetness if you like.

Makes 24 ounces

  • 5 stalks celery
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 bunch watercress or arugula
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 Granny Smith apple

Run all ingredients through a juicer and enjoy immediately!


Tip of the Day

Check the temp! Use a food thermometer to measure the internal temperature of cooked meat, poultry, and egg dishes, to make sure food has reached a safe temperature.
