1 pound lean ground beef (brown, crumble, and drain)
1-2 tsp chili powder
1-2 bay leaves
2 8-oz cans tomato sauce
1 16-oz can unsalted diced tomatoes
1 medium Vidalia onion, chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 16-oz can kidney beans, drained
1/3 c. grated cheddar cheese and 1/3 cup fat free sour cream for topping
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove bay leaves. Serve with 1 T. cheese and 1 T. sour cream on top.
